In FE-Secondary 1, we serve students from grade 7 - 8. This level is designed and dedicated to support students to be fully prepared with the challenges of the next academic level.
At the end of FE-Secondary 1, we will help the students decide on their academic streaming to ensure they have their learning pathway set out for them as early as possible.
SCHEDULE
We operate every Monday - Friday.
All students start school at 07.15 and are dismissed at 15.00.
The students will also have two recess breaks:
09.30 - 10.00
12.15 - 12.45
During examinations season, daily schedule may subject to change.
ACADEMIC
As an SPK (Satuan Pendidikan Kerjasama), FE-Secondary 1 implements a bespoke curriculum that uniquely combines Cambridge Curriculum and Indonesia's National Curriculum.
At the end of Grade 8, our students will appear on Cambridge Checkpoint Exam which will help them on their academic streaming decision as at the beginning of Secondary 2 (grade 9), they will have to choose between Science Stream or Commerce Stream.
Subjects covered in FE-Secondary 1 include language (Bahasa Indonesia, English, Mandarin / Arabic), Mathematics, Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology), Civic and Social Studies, Music and Art, and Physical Education. All subjects are taught in full English Language (except for Bahasa Indonesia and Mandarin Language).

Our teachers at FE-Secondary 1 are highly-qualified and dynamic. They follow rigorous training programs and continue to develop themselves professionally through certification programs, including international certification.
