!Note: Registration Form downloaded from this website is not yet provided with a Log Number, which is a mandatory requirement for the Placement Test. Log Number can be obtained at the Finance Department Office. Simply bring the completed Registration Form to the Finance Department Office, our officers will assist you. Placement Test is only reserved for Registration Form with a Log Number.

Please carefully follow these steps to secure your seat in Jubilee School.

  1. Download and complete the Registration Form from the above link. Registration Form is also available at the Finance Department Office in the school. Registration Form Price varies depending on the class you are registering for. 

  2. Remember to obtain the Log Number for your Registration Form from the Finance Department Office. Simply bring your completed form to Finance Office and our officers will assist you. 

  3. After Registration Form is completed and Log Number is obtained, your child is now allowed to sit for the Placement Test which will provide us with information concerning your child's academic potentials. 

  4. Once your child has completed the Placement Test, kindly allow us some times to process the result. We will contact you within 1 - 3 working days to inform you of the further steps of registration, including providing us with Required Documents and completing the payment at our Finance Department Office.
